After the longest travel day/night, I finally got to Flagstaff around 230am 5am our time and couldn’t wait to have a day with my friends in the morning. Our day was planned to be all hiking and walking in the cute town of Sedona. I knew I was going to have like zero energy because I was working on 4 hours of sleep but I wanted to be present and energetic - and also make it all the way to Devil’s Bridge. Honestly, thank goodness for thrive! Don’t know if I would’ve survived the day without it. I got to the top!
