The hardest kind of stuck is when your life looks perfectly fine from the outside. Nothing is necessarily wrong, but something feels different.

You keep saying yes when you want to say no. You show up for everyone else while quietly putting yourself last. You ask other people what they think because you no longer fully trust your own voice.

And even though something in your life no longer fits, letting it go feels frightening—because at least the familiar is known.

This is what it can feel like to be in a season of transition.

You may not have the words to explain what is changing. You may not know exactly what you want or what your next chapter will look like.
That doesn’t mean you’re lost.

It may mean the version of you who created your current life is making room for something new.

BECOMING is a 13-week live online journey for 13 women who are ready to stop waiting for clarity and begin creating it.

Through coaching, nervous-system support, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, sacred ceremony, reflection, and the support of an intimate community, you will begin to:

✨ Release the roles, stories, and patterns you’ve outgrown
✨ Reconnect with your own voice and inner knowing
✨ Create safety within your nervous system as you navigate change
✨ Gain clarity about what belongs in your next chapter
✨ Make decisions from the woman you are now—not the woman you had to be

You don’t need to know exactly who you’re becoming. You only need a safe place to begin.

BECOMING begins October 13.

DM me BECOMING and let’s talk about whether this journey is your next step.

I've been feeling this eclipse energy all week.

There's something in the air that makes it harder to keep pretending you don't know what you want. The things you've been putting off start feeling less like choices and more like overdue conversations with yourself.

I've learned to pay attention to that.

Every significant change in my life came during a season like this one. Not because the circumstances were perfect, but because something inside me stopped being willing to wait for them to be.

Leo eclipses have a particular quality to them. They're not gentle nudges. They're the moment the thing you've been quietly carrying becomes impossible to ignore.

If sound healing has been showing up for you, in posts you keep saving, videos you keep watching, sessions you keep returning to, this week might be worth paying attention to.

I have a small group gathering in Sedona on August 27 for my Level I Sound Healing Training. A few spots remain. And if something in you has been saying yes for a while, I'd rather you reach out and ask questions than let this pass. ✨

Sedona has a way of bringing you closer to yourself.

Maybe it’s the land, the stillness, the energy—or simply what happens when you step away from your everyday life and give yourself four days to be fully immersed in something new. That’s why I love holding my Sound Healing Training here.

Yes, you’ll leave with an internationally recognized certification and the skills to share sound healing with others.

But that’s only part of what you take home.

Because while you’re learning how to create an experience for someone else, you’re having your own experience too.

You’re receiving the sound. You’re connecting with yourself. You’re discovering parts of yourself you may not have had space to hear.

And THAT is where this training becomes more than a certification.

You experience the work from the inside out.

So when you eventually sit in front of someone and hold that space for them, you’re not simply repeating what you learned.

You understand what it feels like to be on the other side of the sound. That matters to me.

August 27–30 in Sedona.

If you feel ready to experience this work in a deeper way, DM me SEDONA and let’s talk. ✨

I can’t wait to gather with you. 🩷

I created Sunday Sanctuary because I wanted a space where we could simply come together — to connect, to slow down, to share an experience and be in community.

There’s something different that happens when we gather in person. When we put the phones down, step away from everything pulling at us, and give ourselves permission to just be there.

That’s the heart behind this afternoon.

Come as you are. Come by yourself or bring a friend. Just come ready to connect, receive and spend a little intentional time with yourself and community.

I can’t wait to share this space with you.

Plot twist: no one starts out knowing how to create this type of experience. 😉

Every practitioner you’ve ever experienced had a first bowl.
A first shaky moment. A first time wondering what came next.

You have to start somewhere.

And what you’re seeing in these reviews? You can learn to create this for your guests.

Not by copying someone else’s way of doing it, but by learning the instruments, understanding the foundations, practicing, and developing the confidence to hold your own sound healing experiences.

That’s what we do together in my Sound Healing Practitioner Training.

Four immersive days in Sedona.
August 27–30.

Maybe it’s time to stop watching from the other side of the bowl. 😉

DM SEDONA and I’ll send you the details.

Something I've learned after years of teaching this work is that the people who feel most called to it are often the ones who doubt themselves the most.

They've been in sound healings. They've felt something shift. They've thought about it more times than they'd admit. And they still wonder if they're the right person to do this.

They are.

What happens in four days in Sedona goes beyond learning to play crystal bowls. My students come in hoping to gain a skill and leave with something they didn't expect, a deeper trust in themselves, in their intuition, and in their ability to hold space for another person's healing.

That's not something you can get from an online course or a YouTube tutorial. It happens through practice, presence, and being in the room with others who are doing the same work.

If that voice inside you keeps showing up, I'd love to be the one to help you answer it.

August 27 through 30, 2026 · Sedona, AZ · Limited spots remaining.

There is something about crystal alchemy bowls that words can never fully capture.

The way the sound moves through the room. The way your body responds before your mind even registers what's happening. The way a single bowl, played with intention, can shift something in a person that nothing else has been able to touch.

This is why I call it the medicine of the future. Not because it's new, sound has been used for healing for thousands of years. But because the world is finally catching up to what so many of us have known for a long time.

And the chalice you just saw? One of my favorites. Every instrument in my collection carries its own frequency, its own purpose, its own way of finding exactly what needs to be found.

If you've ever been in a sound healing and felt yourself transported somewhere else, that's not your imagination. That's the medicine working.

And if you've ever wanted to be the one holding that space for others — I'd love to teach you how.

My Level I Sound Healing Training is happening August 27 through 30 in Sedona, AZ. A small group. Four immersive days. Everything you need to begin.

Send me a DM with the word SEDONA and I'll send you all the details. ✨

Most of us don’t notice the tension we’re carrying because our bodies have adapted to it.

What once was a stress response can become so familiar that it simply feels like the way your body is.

A jaw that never fully relaxes. Shoulders that stay slightly lifted. A belly that’s always bracing or your breathing that remains shallow.

None of these necessarily mean something is wrong with you.

They may simply be signs that your nervous system has been working hard to protect you.

This is why I love somatic practices.

Instead of trying to think your way into feeling better, you learn to listen to your body. You begin noticing where it’s holding on, and over time, you create enough safety for it to let go.

Healing doesn’t always begin with changing your thoughts.

Sometimes it begins by noticing what your body has been carrying all along.

Before you scroll, check in with your body. Where are you holding tension today?

✨Save this for the next time you catch yourself clenching.

Crystal bowls. Drum. Gong. Monochord. Chimes. Voice.

Individually, they’re beautiful.

Layered together, they create something far greater than music.

They create an experience.

That’s what sound healing is to me—not just learning an instrument, but learning how vibration, rhythm, intuition, and presence come together to support the nervous system and invite deep rest.

When I first started, I thought sound healing was all about crystal bowls.

Now I know it’s so much more.

If you’ve been curious about learning how all of these elements come together, I’d love to teach you.

✨ Comment SOUND and I’ll send you the details for my Level I Sound Healing Training this August in Sedona.
