We are both massage therapists and we take care of a lot of people. My practice partner and I need relaxation and self care so we can be the best for our clients. It was amazing to have a day of relaxation together at Sojo Spa in New Jersey. This spa experience was phenomenal. Deep thanks and gratitude for this amazing gift to celebrate me turning 50 this year. Rodney and I have been practice partners for 5 years and I am so extremely thankful for how we take care of each other’s self care, practice, train together and have amazing adventures with each other. We are so blessed to have our practice partnership. I am looking forward to our continued practice partnership vibe and all the practice and experiences meant for us. 🕉️

SAVE THE DATE ON YOUR CALENDAR: Flow & Restore, Vibrational Sound Therapy with Extended Savasana workshop 🕉️ Have you ever wished you could lay in savasana longer at the end of a class? This workshop is designed around Tami’s Flow & Restore with Vibrational Sound Therapy Class with the added benefits of a longer savasana.  Before class you will have the opportunity to step into a 24 inch sound bowl and receive vibrations moving up through your body to begin to center, ground and relax your nervous system.  We will begin the workshop in meditation, flow into breathwork and partake in a gentle vinyasa flow. Then we will land in a relaxing restorative yoga practice with vibrational sound therapy.  During our extended savasana your ears will hear a beautiful sound bath followed by some shoulder massage and tuning fork therapy to balance your energy and move into a deeper state of relaxation. 2 ½ hours Register @ www.jala-studio.com

Practice Partner’s Hike up Mt.Monadnock. We took the white circle trail up and the cross trail down. Wowza! The rock climbing was intense. We had a bit of a surprise half way down the mountain on our climb down. A huge thunderstorm came and the sky opened up and the rain poured. The rocks got super slippery. We were both safe because we had each other to guide down the slippery rocks. A big thankful to Rodney for his care and support during the heavy rain and huge waterfalls coming off the rocks as we continued to descend down the Rocky Mountain. So thankful for this amazing day of hiking with my practice partner. Flames & Wings Baby! 🔥🪽🐦‍🔥
