Rural Health Medical Program We are a federally qualified health center offering a variety of primary & preventative services. Established in 1977, Rural Health Medical Program, Inc.

(RHMPI) is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Community Health Center expanding access to care to the medically underserved residents of Dallas, Clarke, Perry, Wilcox, Marengo and Monroe counties, located in the Black Belt of rural Alabama. There are nine (9) locations: Selma, Uniontown, Marion, Thomaston, Demopolis, Monroeville, Thomasville, Yellow Bluff - Camden, and Pine Apple. RHMPI also has a mo

bile health unit that is utilized to offer health services and education for community outreach events.
