Today, we transition to a new electronic health record and online health portal, and we’re grateful for your support. This milestone is an exciting leap forward in our ability to provide healthcare that’s designed for the life you live.

While we work to fully adopt this new system, we know there may be some elements in how we take care of you that may take a little longer or be different from what you’re used to. We’re working quickly but thoughtfully through this transition to make sure that while we’re paying attention to the charts and graphs and numbers, we’re also continuing to take great care of you and our communities.

Thank you for your patience with our teams, and please reach out to us by direct message if you have any concerns or questions.
