At the heart of our community lies a fully dedicated team of professionals who are committed to caring for the physical, mental and social well-being of each resident we serve. We offer skilled nursing, long term care, hospice, and respite care services. We have a full staff of licensed nurses, certified nurses aides, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, occup

As the clock strikes midnight, we’re thrilled to share some exciting news!

Trucare Selma is officially transitioning to new ownership and is now an Ensign-affiliated facility—while proudly keeping the name you know and love!

The best part? Our incredible team is staying nearly the same, with just a few new friendly faces joining us along the way. 💙

We’re excited for this next chapter and all the opportunities it brings as we continue delivering the compassionate care and service you trust.
