TruCare Living Centers - Selma We are a Skilled Nursing Community. We offer compassionate care for our residents and we are certified to participate as a provider of Medicare and Medicaid.

At the heart of our community lies a fully dedicated team of professionals who are committed to caring for the physical, mental and social well-being of each resident we serve. We offer skilled nursing, long term care, hospice, and respite care services. We have a full staff of licensed nurses, certified nurses aides, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants, and speech therapists. 🥁❤️ “Where words fail, music speaks.” 🎶

Today at TruCare Selma, our residents and staff came together to make a little music and a lot of memories! With the help of our amazing Therapy Department, we shared rhythms, laughter, and moments that remind us what truly matters-connection, joy, and being there for one another.

A huge shout out to John Fitzgerald our wonderful therapy department, our spunky activity director, and all of our amazing staff who came together to make this memory for our residents and facility.

Anyone can be placed in a leadership role, but it takes true leaders to bring people together and create a bond built on trust, purpose, and belonging.

Our residents enjoyed a special day out at Walmart filled with smiles, laughter, shopping, and time together. ❤️ It’s these simple moments that become the sweetest memories.

We’re so grateful for every opportunity to get out, have fun, and enjoy life together! 🥰
