Even though he was only in second grade, everyone called him “Little Man”; it was the perfect nickname for eight year old Kasyn Doyle. With a personality that radiated love and joy, and a spirit and curiosity that would lead him to try almost anything, Kasyn was always looking for ways to make the world a better place. His love for his family was unequaled and his desire to protect his sisters was born of a bond that will forever live in their memories. To honor his life, Kasyn’s parents are starting a nonprofit organization, one that will allow other children to experience many of the things he loved - fishing, running, laughing, playing … just getting dirty. Kasyn’s Playground and Lake will offer any child that wants to come the opportunity to just enjoy being outdoors without their families having to pay for the privilege. With his family’s permission, we wanted to share a small part of Kasyn’s story and their vision with you.
