My lifelong miss

ion is to lead individuals towards personal restoration and an enhanced quality of life across emotional, mental, social, and physical dimensions. As humans, our shared desires include seeking peace, understanding, acceptance, and reciprocated love. I aim to empower the hopeless, guiding them toward realizing their fullest potential. Come as you are. At times, a simple cup of coffee and meaningful dialogue can make a world of difference. The power of having someone who listens and supports us is remarkable. Together, we can embark on a journey to uncover your true self and identify ways to enhance your overall life satisfaction. I will collaborate with you, offering guidance toward solutions and healing. Let’s rediscover lost hope together in a safe, comfortable environment where your voice is heard and valued. When I’m not in the counseling room, you can find me at a local coffee shop, traveling, or spending time with my family. I LOVE cheese, floating in my pool, yard sales, Jesus, puzzles, painting, dark chocolate, fruit, and coffee! I believe there’s nothing that can’t be solved over coffee and good conversation. Gratitude has the power to change the way we see our lives. It doesn’t erase our pain or pretend difficult things don’t exist, but it helps our minds recognize that pain is not the whole story.

Practicing thankfulness strengthens our ability to notice hope, appreciate what is still good, and build resilience through hard seasons. Even in moments of struggle, there is often something small we can choose to acknowledge with gratitude.

A grateful heart doesn’t mean life is perfect, it means we are learning to see the blessings that are still present.

There is power in knowing when to step away. Not everything needs a response, a reaction, or one more chance to explain yourself. Sometimes stepping away isn’t giving up. Sometimes it’s choosing peace, protecting your healing, and trusting God with what you can no longer carry.

Writing can be one of the first tools we use to process trauma. ✍️

When thoughts feel tangled, overwhelming, or impossible to say out loud, putting them on paper gives them somewhere to go. Writing can help us slow down, organize our thoughts, connect emotions to experiences, and begin creating meaning from what happened.

And this isn’t just a “feel-good” exercise. Expressive writing is an evidence-based psychological intervention with research supporting its use in processing stressful and traumatic experiences.

Sometimes healing begins with simply finding the words.
