Betsy’s beautiful 91” x 101” quilt is all quilted and trimmed! The Simple Pleasures stitch pattern adds lovely texture to her colorful star design.

Betsy is a talented seamstress from Franklin, West Virginia, and I’m happy to handle the longarm quilting for her projects. I provided the batting, and she supplied the backing and will finish it with her own binding.

A country auction find gets a new chapter! Jane, a local quilt collector from Franklin, brought me this vintage quilt to see if I could give it a little love—and I’m so glad she did. The colorful stars and turquoise sashing look beautiful with the quilting pattern Whirlpools and Bubbles by Lori Thomas.

This quilt measures 87” × 90”. I provided the backing and batting and attached the binding. Melody will finish the hand stitching before this treasured find heads home to Jane.

A country auction find gets a new chapter! Jane, a local quilt collector from Franklin, brought me this vintage quilt to see if I could give it a little love—and I’m so glad she did.
