Tickets are still available for the June 6 Fairy Festival at Lendonwood Gardens, but time is running out for advance ticket purchases! Entry between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. is only with advance timed-entry tickets purchased on-line. One slot already is sold out, but others are still available. General admission tickets may be purchased on-site the day of the event, AFTER 2 p.m.
Here’s how to purchase on-line: go to www.lendonwood.com and pick a timed-entry slot for sometime between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. You’ll be assigned a parking lot off-site. Buses will run continuously throughout the event to pick up and drop off guests. There will be no parking at the garden itself, which will admit guests through a new back entrance for the festival.
Purpose of the new system is to improve safety and convenience by moving the entrance off busy Har-Ber Road and spreading out the crowd. Tickets remain at $5 per person; no charge for babies under 1 year.
