August’s Morning Momentum was a blast with quite the dynamic duo! ☀️🍳

Farm Berry Kitchen and 36 Alleys treated us to a delicious breakfast while sharing exciting details about a new attraction coming to the area. The breakfast sandwiches were absolutely amazing!

If you have not had the chance to try Farm Berry Kitchen’s food truck, be sure to follow their page for updates on where they will be next.

And last, but certainly not least, keep an eye out for 36 Alleys’ newest adventure, GellyBall! The attraction opens to the public the weekend of August 14. 🎯

A big thank-you to our wonderful hosts and to the Seneca Area Chamber for keeping us connected to all the exciting things happening in our community. We are already looking forward to next month!

👑✨ Last week, we celebrated all the gorgeous grandmas in our building with a fun and fabulous glamour shoot!

These amazing women brought the style, grace, confidence, and plenty of personality. They may not be competing for Miss United States, but they will always be the beautiful grandmas of Life Care! 🤩😎🪭

☀️ With heat index warnings and extreme humidity, we changed course so our community members didn't miss the their favorite part of the Nemaha County Kansas Fair! Thank you to all the Kansas 4-H Foundation members that braved the heat to bring us the Animals on Parade! 🐄🐓🐇 It was an adventure they will never forget! We were so happy to see so many of our Life Care friends and families at the parade! The shoutouts and words of encouragement were so heartwarming and greatly appreciated on the hot and humid evening! We loved seeing you all out there and can't wait for next year! 💛

National Football Day was on Sunday, July 19, but we couldn't just celebrate it for one day! 🏈 We continued showing our football spirit on Monday and Tuesday. We have some favorite teams around here, and we just HAD to show off our swag! We can't wait for fall nights and stadium lights. 🤩🏟️

Coffee and Conversation turned into Lemonade and Sunshine this week! 🍋☀️ We enjoyed the beautiful morning before the heat took over. We talked about fun and odd news, the renovations on West Ridge Mall, and watered some tomatoes! Looks like it won't be much longer before we'll have some juicy red tomatoes to incorporate into our meals. 🍅😋

Fun Friday was full of playing cards and sunshine! 🃏🌞 Just look at these faces! The concentration and laughter made our day that much warmer! (The heat index may have been a factor, too 😉)

🔴🔢 We will have Community Bingo this Wednesday (July 22) from 6-7 p.m. at Terrace Heights in Seneca! Come down and enjoy some snacks, drinks, and a good time! Hope to see you all there! 😀

On Friday, we enjoyed a little game of Roll a Cone! 🍦 It's one of our favorite pop-up games, and our friend Kay was our prize winner! (Way to go, Kay!) We snapped a few quick pics before our evening music entertainment came! It was a fun way to end our evening. Special thanks to the choir from the Apostolic Christian Church Choir of Sabetha for the beautiful music. 🎶
