Mother’s Day on the mat🧡
On May 10th, join us as we honor the nurturers—the mothers, the grandmothers, the chosen family, the ones who hold space, give endlessly, and love in quiet, powerful ways.
And we will also hold space for those who don’t identify with this day.
For those navigating loss, longing, complicated relationships, or simply a different path.
You belong here too.
Yoga reminds us that care isn’t limited to a title—it’s an energy.
A way of showing up for ourselves and each other with compassion, patience, and presence.
However this day meets you, let your practice be a place of grounding. Of softness. Of breath.

Fetal Pose or Parsva Savasana (side co**se pose) feels so good and is often hard to get out of.
It helps keep the nervous system calm and symbolizes a kind of “rebirth” before fully transitioning back into the real world.🧡
