The Jamestown Healing Clinic (JHC) is looking for a Part-Time Per Diem Transportation Driver to safely transport patients to and from their healthcare appointments while providing a welcoming, respectful, and supportive experience.

This important role helps ensure patients have access to the care they need while working alongside an integrated healthcare team providing primary care, dental, behavioral health, and opioid use disorder treatment services.

⏰ Schedule:
✅ Part-Time | Per Diem
✅ Monday – Saturday
✅ Varied hours between 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
✅ Flexible availability and reliability required

🚐 What You’ll Do:
• Transport patients (and potentially their children) safely to and from JHC appointments using JHC vehicles
• Ensure patient transportation follows all traffic laws, safety procedures, and JHC policies
• Assist passengers with safety precautions, including proper child safety seat requirements
• Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive support to patients and families
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and 42 CFR regulations
• Safely transport supplies and laboratory specimens following established procedures
• Operate wheelchair lifts according to safety protocols
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate transportation records
• Report delays, accidents, or vehicle concerns promptly
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all passengers

Schedule
Clinic: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
MMU: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturdays: 5:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Rotating between clinic and mobile unit

What You’ll Need
WA State RN license (active, unrestricted)
3+ years clinic experience
Valid WA Driver’s License
CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
Background check & vaccination compliance

Bonus If You Have
SUD or primary care experience
EMR experience (Epic/Methasoft)
Phlebotomy & specimen collection skills
Strong knowledge of addiction medicine & confidentiality laws
