What You'll Do:

✅ Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
✅ Welcome patients and visitors with exceptional customer service.
✅ Check patients in for appointments accurately and efficiently.
✅ Collect and update patient demographic and insurance information.
✅ Schedule appointments for 25+ healthcare providers.
✅ Scan insurance cards into the electronic health record (EHR).
✅ Assist patients with forms and general support needs.
✅ Collect and post patient co-payments and outstanding balances.
✅ Participate in clinic meetings.
✅ Follow all Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe policies, HIPAA requirements, and safety procedures.
✅ Perform other duties as assigned.
