HomeTown PT - Sergeant Bluff is open and welcomed our first patients last week! Changing lives, one day at a time.

Hours are 7:30am to 6pm. No doctor referral needed, but if your doctor did refer you, we accept that, too. We participate with 99% of insurances and provide you a courtesy review of how your insurance plan handles physical therapy with regards to your cost share.

We are EXCIITED to announce the opening of HomeTown PT - Sergeant Bluff. Located at 2190 Old Hwy 75, Suite 500A, Sergeant Bluff, IA! The build out is ahead of schedule, so we are shooting for opening the week of May 17th. Local owner - Brandee Koedam, PT, DPT is the rockstar physical therapist who will be treating her friends and neighbors in the Sergeant Bluff and surrounding Siouxland community! We are ready to go! Received our certificate of occupancy on Friday. All 4 owners put their sweat equity into the work needed this weekend to open tomorrow (May 18th). Note, 'sweat' has a variable definition based on individual skill set. Excited to open...ready...set...go.
