Today is National Purple Heart Day. Purple Hearts are awarded to the US service members who were wounded or killed during combat. We honor the men and women who earned the Purple Heart for their service and sacrifice.

Seven Hills has a new therapy dog. His name is Oakley. He is 10 years old. He was rescued
from Roswell New Mexico. He is calm, quite and loves attention. He is trained to be a service
dog, however he is too calm and now he is the new Seven Hills therapy dog!

Meet the newest member of the activites team, DaJanae McCoy! She is 22 yeas old. Her dream is to go to college for marketing with a interest in Mechanical Engineering. This is her first time working in long term care, and she is excited. She enjoys her time with the residents!
