We were created with everything we need inside us.

It’s time to stop searching for answers.
Stop waiting for approval.
Stop looking for acceptance.

Sometimes it’s scary, but feel the fear and do it anyways. That’s how I slowly shifted my life. One step at a time, taking action towards my dreams and what I knew I was meant for.

I learned that there is no one holding you back more than yourself.
Follow those passions and live your life authentically!

It makes my heart sing to hear comments like this.
For a long time I was afraid to step out into the world as my authentic self for -

Fear of judgement
Fear of rejection
Fear of change
Fear of the unknown…

BUT I did the inner work one day at a time to push through those fears and NOW I’m not only using my gifts, but I’m able to help others find themselves again.

Reiki, sound baths, guided meditations, and meditation music were a huge part of my inner work so that’s why I knew I had to share them with others.

🎶 If you’re in Maryland and needing to reset to find your way back to balance, my next monthly sound bath is listed in my bio. I also offer private group sound baths there.

✨ I am also available to travel if you have an occasion or event and you would like to add these beautiful calming vibrations.
