Sevierville was full of energy, creativity, and connection last week with a wide variety of activities for residents and staff to enjoy! From Fit Fusion Disco Therapy with Carol and Singo with Martie, to beauty shop visits with Missy Hicks, Daisy Doodle visits, and Cheryl Valentine on piano, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

Residents also enjoyed visits from Robin at the King Library, monthly van outings with pizza, $5 Bingo winners, flyswatter painting fun, and a special snow cone social. We also celebrated our monthly birthday party, welcomed staff dressed in honor of Dolly Parton, and kept the fun going all month long with laughter, music, and meaningful moments together.

What a month it’s been!

From Strength Fit Therapy with Carol helping our residents stay strong, to fun-filled moments like Singo, $5 Bingo, and our game socials, every day has been full of energy and connection.

We’ve loved visits from Daisy Doodle, uplifting time with Pathways Church Bible Study and French Broad Baptist Church ladies, and relaxing moments during Yoga with Martie. Special thanks to Cheryl Valentine & Mason for beautiful piano music, and our summer volunteer Abby along with Gavin for keeping the music going!

We also enjoyed sweet treats at our popsicle social, got creative with aqua painting, and kept our minds sharp with puzzle club.

So many smiles, so many memories, and we’re just getting started! ✨

Our residents have been enjoying a wonderful variety of activities, opportunities for connection, and special moments throughout the community. From staying active with Fit Prime Therapy with Carol and Tai Chi with Martie, to enjoying Singo, Bible Study with Pathways Church, and visits from Daisy Doodle, there has been no shortage of smiles and engagement.

We also enjoyed a visit from the Sevier County Election Commission to prepare for the August election, an Elvis movie afternoon, refreshing snow cones with Stephen & Caris, and a surprise visit from gospel singer Shawn Barker.

Thank you to our incredible team and community partners for continuing to create meaningful experiences and make every day special for our residents! 🎉💜

So Much Fun at Sevierville! ☀️

It’s been a busy and exciting time for our residents at Sevierville! From Strength Fit therapy with Denise and Carol, Tai Chi with Martie, and Fit Fusion Disco therapy, to fun games like Singo, Bingo, and a Hole-in-One Challenge, there is always something to enjoy.

We loved visits from Daisy Doodle, Pastor Keith from Pathways Church, and Richardson Cove Baptist Church during Cookie Wednesday with our veterans. We also enjoyed sweet treats like lemonade snow cones, watermelon socials, and more.

The 4th of July celebrations were full of fun with ice cream sundaes, watermelon, bomb pops, and fireworks enjoyed by residents and staff.

It's been a great time filled with activity, connection, and smiles!

Last week at Sevierville was full of fun, laughter, and so many special moments with our residents! 💙

We kicked things off with McKenzie from Amedisys serving up an awesome dirty soda bar, had the sweetest visits from Daisy Doodle, and celebrated our Singo winner 🏆. Carol kept everyone moving with Strength Fit Therapy, while our puzzle club ladies proudly checked off another amazing accomplishment.

We also spent time getting festive as Martie and residents hung flags in preparation for the 250th Fourth of July celebration 🇺🇸

To top it all off, we celebrated our monthly birthdays with cake, ice cream, and strawberries, and wrapped up with Ice Breaker Bingo with not one, but TWO winners!

So many smiles, so many memories. This is what it’s all about!

There was so much to celebrate at Sevierville Health & Rehab last week!

From our Father’s Day van outing to a courtyard social filled with smiles, we loved spending time honoring the dads in our community with special gifts and great company.

The fun kept going with Singo winners, a full card bingo win, and a visit from Daisy Doodle that brightened everyone’s day. We kicked off mornings with Rise and Grind Therapy, wrapped up CNA Week with a pancake bar from Stephen Hux-Caris Home Health, and enjoyed time with Abby and our puzzle club ladies.

We also shared a heartfelt goodbye to Bob. He will be missed, and we are wishing him the very best in his next chapter.

This week at Sevierville was packed with fun! 🎉

Happy CNA Week! We kicked things off with donut deliveries for CNAs and staff provided by Martha Shular and Chapter 101 Sevierville Woodmen Life 🍩. Our residents enjoyed lively bingo sessions and shared great moments with family and local friends.

Midweek brought plenty of excitement with lunchtime piano by Bob, Daisy Doodle visits, and story time with Robin from the King Library 📚🎹. The fun continued with Singo, featuring four winners, plus Fit Fusion, Disco Therapy with Carol, and lots of movement, laughter, and energy throughout the week.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this week so great for our residents and staff!

What a fantastic week at Sevierville Health & Rehab!

Our residents were treated to goody bags from our local Catholic church, and stayed active with Aspire Strength Studio led by our Therapy Director, Carol. We kept the fun going with Singo/Bingocize—complete with music, prizes, and three lucky winners!

Puzzle Club kept minds sharp, and we celebrated our $5 full card bingo winner. Residents and staff also enjoyed sweet visits with Daisy Doodle, bringing plenty of smiles to go around.

Creativity was in full swing with Aqua Sentry painting, and we kicked off decorating for summer and the upcoming 4th of July—America’s 250th birthday. To top it all off, everyone cooled down with delicious root beer floats.

Another week full of fun, connection, and great memories!
