From all of us at All Care Family Practice, we wish you and your family a joyful, safe, and healthy Fourth of July as we celebrate 250 years of freedom, unity, and independence.

Holiday Office Closure:Our office will be closed Monday, July 6, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. We will reopen during our regular business hours on Tuesday, July 7.
