Meet Lavina 🤍

Lavina, LMT (she/her), is a Coast Guard veteran, massage therapist, and wellness educator. Her work is rooted in rehabilitative bodywork, supporting chronic pain relief and improving functional movement in a way that carries into everyday life.

Her sessions are thoughtful and collaborative, drawing from orthopedic massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping, scar release, visceral manipulation, and craniosacral work. Each treatment is tailored to meet your body where it’s at.

Lavina is in-network with Aetna and Premera Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and an approved provider with the VA Community Care program — helping make this work more accessible to our community.

Her intention is to support the body’s innate ability to heal, so you can move through life with more ease.

Many of you already know Sarah — strong + steady hands, grounded presence, and the kind of care that really listen's to your body's needs.

Sarah Hermann, LMT, brings over 15 years of experience in massage and bodywork, with a focus on deep tissue work that supports real change in the body. Her sessions are intuitive and responsive, blending techniques like trigger point therapy, myofascial release, active release, and assisted stretching to meet you where you’re at — whether that’s pain relief, more mobility, or simply unwinding tension that’s been building over time.

Her background is expansive (Swedish, shiatsu, Jin Shin acupressure, TCM, prenatal + more), but what you’ll feel most is her ability to tune in and work with your body in a way that feels both therapeutic and deeply supportive.
