Has anyone read this book?

I’m currently reading, “Heal Your Gut, Save Your Brain” by Dr. Partha Nandi. Dr. Nandi encourages readers to keep up with their oral health as bacteria from the mouth can affect overall health including brain health. She also states that keeping your teeth allows one to eat the recommended foods for brain health vs having no or few teeth forcing one on a soft food diet.

I would almost bet money that this book will recommend the same thing.

Brain health is not the only related issue. Good oral health is important for pregnant women, diabetics, and especially those undergoing future major surgery.
