🦸‍♂️ Not all superheroes wear capes... but today, some of ours did! ❤️

At Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Care Center, our team had a blast dressing up as their favorite characters, reminding us that heroes come in many forms. Whether they're wearing a superhero costume or their everyday scrubs, our employees make a difference through their compassion, kindness, and dedication to the residents we proudly serve.
Thank you to our incredible team for bringing smiles, laughter, and fun to our residents while continuing to provide exceptional care every single day. You truly are our everyday superheroes—in life and in play!

🤠🌻 Life is better when you can work hard, laugh together, and make memories along the way! 🌻🤠
At Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Care Center, our team knows that caring for others also means taking time to have a little fun together! Today, our staff traded in their everyday attire for their best country and farmer outfits, and we celebrated with a delicious cookout fresh off the grill.
From plaid shirts and overalls to cowboy hats and boots, our team brought smiles, laughter, and plenty of country charm to the day. It's moments like these that strengthen our team, brighten our residents' day, and make Ridgewood feel like family.
A big thank you to everyone who joined in the fun and helped make today a great success. Here's to creating a workplace where compassion, teamwork, and a little country spirit are always in season! ❤️🚜🌽
