Lutheran Community Home houses 116 beds dually certified for both intermediate and skilled levels of care. Our skilled rehabilitation program offers a wide range of services to maximize functional independence and facilitate a safe discharge home. Our Secure Memory Unit offers assistance for older adults suffering from dementia or Alzheimers Disease. Evergreen Way houses 33 beautiful assisted living units and our independent living options include the Garden Homes and Church Avenue Manor apartments.

Heavenly Father, we look forward to celebrating St. Michael and All Angels at the end of this month. Remind us daily of all You do to protect us. It's easy to forget that You command Your angels to watch over us. Open our eyes to see those who are vulnerable and struggling. Give us strength to help them in their time of need, remembering how You sent Your Son to die for us in our weakness.
