Per CSX, crossing work will take place within the city. Time frames are as follows:
O’Brien St. crossing – Shut down on July 30th – Re-open Aug. 4th.

Chestnut St and Indianapolis Ave/ St. Louis Ave./Jeffersonville Ave. crossings will be shut down Aug. 2-4.

All dates and locations are dependent on the weather and subject to change. Advanced warning signs will be posted and detours are available. Road and lane closures will occur. See map for alternate routes.

SunRise will no longer accept United Healthcare Pathways as primary insurance. Letters are being sent and it will be discussed at your next appointment. You will have 30 days to find new insurance coverage. If you have this as your secondary, we will continue to accept it.
