Meet our owner Amy Hanson Thorne. She loves Seymour and cares about the community her grandparents, John and Eva (Tempest) Schumacher, settled in.

Amy and her husband Phil got married in 1986, and this nearly 40 year marriage has grown to include three married children and eight grandchildren, with another due to be born at Schneck in February.

Amy is passionate about helping people through their most difficult days and is determined to have the best facility and most compassionate and professional staff possible. She continually makes certain everything is just right!
