"At 67, just accept you're old."
Who the hell told you that? Who decided a number means you stop feeling good in your own body?
I believed it for a while. I felt heavy, bloated, exhausted, and I figured that was just what 67 was supposed to feel like. Puffy after every meal. Drained by the afternoon. Done.
Then I got mad instead of sad. Because the tired, heavy way I felt wasn't age, it was my body running without what it needed.
Here's what nobody tells women our age: after 50 we make fewer digestive enzymes and lose the good gut bacteria that keep us balanced, so even good food leaves you bloated and wiped out. I stopped ignoring mine and gave it back what it was missing:
🌿 A digestive enzyme before my meals, to break food down again.
🦠 A probiotic every day, to rebuild my gut.
The bloating eased. The heaviness lifted. My energy came roaring back, and I stopped feeling old in a body that just needed support.
67 isn't the finish line. Don't let anyone tell you it is!
