This week, we celebrate the remarkable career and retirement of Sherry Poppler, NAR, at Benedictine St. Gertrude’s.
Sherry joined St. Gertrude’s when the community opened in 1996, transitioning from a Health Dimensions community, and leaves behind an incredible legacy with 48 years of combined service in senior care.
Those who worked alongside Sherry know the profound impact she made on residents and families every day. As one colleague shared, “She treated residents like they were Mom or Dad, showing so much respect and care.”
Throughout her career, Sherry exemplified Benedictine’s core values and welcomed residents with compassion as she faithfully cared for those entrusted to her.
Thank you, Sherry, for your unwavering dedication to our community and the countless lives you have touched. We are deeply grateful for your years of service and wish you all the best in this well-earned retirement.
Congratulations, Sherry!
