Last week, St. Francis care team members and leaders attended Allina Health's All Together Better Performance Improvement Symposium. Our ED Manager, Brianna, spoke on a panel about workplace safety and our Patient & Family Advisory Council planning team hosted a panel about incorporating the voice of the patient. We also had several care team members present posters about work they are doing.

It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase the wonderful work being done at St. Francis, as well as learn from other teams across the Allina Health system!
