HAPPY FRIDAY!!!! CONGRATS Erik Nash! He completed our program awhile back and took a huge step towards controlling his weight and health. When he finished his 42days he lost a total of 42lbs and 27.25 inches and he lost another 15lbs on maintenance. Upon completing the program he went down a few sizes in clothing.
