Clepper Manor is a restored 20th-century mansion located just outside downtown Sharon, PA. We have something for everyone to enjoy during their stay. Assistance

We are a skilled nursing facility and specialize in short term rehabilitation. We employ professional nursing staff who provide around-the-clock care, and a ‘hand to hold’ during challenging times. We accommodate our residents with services like:

Physical therapy
Occupational therapy
Speech therapy
Wound care
Transport and ambulance services
Dietary services
Contracted hospice care
Rehabilitation

Clepper Manor also offers long-term care, short-term care, and respite care with fully equipped therapy rooms. All staff is pre-screened and up to date on all certificates and clearances. Our social worker is the heart of the community and delivers support to residents, families, and friends. activities & assistance
Our activities department offers an array of enjoyable events, from bowling to crafts. Participate in one-on-one room visits, coffee clubs, games, movies, and local outings. Clepper Manor also provides pet therapy visits for our animal-lovers. Our impressive team continues to support our residents to meet their goals in mobility, strength training, and more. We accept most insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay.

When Clark arrived at our facility following a femur and humerus fracture, both on the same side of the body, he had significant weight-bearing restrictions that limited his mobility and independence with daily activities. Through skilled Physical and Occupational Therapy, he learned compensatory strategies and utilized adaptive equipment, all while working to improve his strength, mobility, and confidence. As his weight-bearing restrictions were lifted, he continued to make excellent progress and regained greater independence with functional mobility and daily tasks. After approximately 4 weeks of rehabilitation, he is now successfully returning home to his family with improved safety, confidence, and independence. We are so proud of Clark and his hard work and accomplishments! Our Clepper family wishes you the best and we are honored to have been a part of your healing journey. What better way to kick off the weekend than with a success story?! When Judy arrived at Clepper Manor Skilled Nursing and Rehab, she was recovering from a complex gallbladder condition and required skilled rehabilitation to rebuild strength, endurance, and independence. Everyday tasks that many of us take for granted were more challenging due to fatigue and decreased activity tolerance. Through hard work and determination, and the support of our Physical and Occupational Therapy teams, Judy has made remarkable progress. Today, she is independently managing her own routines, safely ambulating with a rollator walker, and preparing for her next chapter – she has obtained an apartment in the community and will be returning to independent living. We are incredibly proud of Judy and honored to have been a part of her journey. CONGRATULATIONS, JUDY! We wish you health, happiness, and success in everything you do! When Flo arrived at Clepper Manor Skilled Nursing and Rehab after a short hospital stay, everyday tasks felt overwhelming. She was unable to stand, had very poor endurance, and needed help with everything – even getting to the bathroom. Simple activities like bathing, dressing, and moving around took a lot of time and support. But Flo never gave up. With the compassion and dedication of our therapy and nursing teams, she worked hard every single day. Step by step, her strength and confidence grew. She began standing with help, then walking short distances, and learning to do more for herself. Today, Flo is walking independently throughout our facility with her walker, has the endurance to enjoy more of her day, and is now able to bath, dress, and use the bathroom on her own. Flo is preparing to return home – independent, stronger, and excited to spend time with her family.
