Over the past few days, our BCBAs had the privilege of participating in Structured Teaching (TEACCH®) training alongside an incredible team of educators and professionals at Sunnyside Elementary in the Pulaski School District.

This experience was much more than attending a training. It was an opportunity to learn from one another, share our expertise in applied behavior analysis, and strengthen a collaborative partnership centered on improving outcomes for students.

At STRIVE Behavioral Solutions, we believe the best outcomes happen when professionals work together. Through our partnership with the Pulaski School District, we are honored to provide ongoing BCBA consultation and support as the district continues implementing its Structured Teaching model throughout the upcoming school year.

We’re equally excited to bring this evidence-based model back to STRIVE by expanding Structured Teaching within both our school-based and center-based programs. By continuously learning, collaborating, and implementing proven practices, we can better support the children, families, schools, and communities we serve.

A heartfelt thank you to the Sunnyside Elementary team and the Pulaski School District for welcoming us, sharing your knowledge, and fostering such an inclusive and collaborative environment. Partnerships like these strengthen our profession and, most importantly, create better opportunities for students to succeed.

✨ The magic doesn’t end with Disney Week… ✨

Last week was filled with laughter, creativity, and plenty of Disney spirit! 🏰💫 From our daily dress-up themes to wrapping up the week in our “Believe in the Magic” team shirts, our staff reminded us that the real magic isn’t just in Disney… it’s in the difference they make every single day.

A few words from Jess:
“Hi! I’m Jessica Larsen, but you can call me Jess! I have been in the ABA field since 2000 and am so excited to join the STRIVE team after all these years. One of the things that drew me to STRIVE is that it’s right here in my hometown. I’m excited to serve the children and families in the community I call home, get to know our incredible team, and learn all things STRIVE!”

With over 25 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Jess brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, compassion, and leadership to our organization. As our Senior BCBA & Clinical Operations Lead, she will support both our center-based clinical services and our growing school-based services while partnering with our team to strengthen clinical quality, mentor staff, and help us continue providing exceptional care to the children and families we serve.

👑 Once upon a time… our team showed up ready to make magic happen! ✨

Princess Day was a royal success at STRIVE! 💛 From Cinderella and Belle to Snow White, Tinker Bell, and even our adorable little mouse, our team had so much fun bringing Disney magic to the center today.

Creating joyful, engaging experiences is just one of the many ways we make learning fun for the children we serve.

As Hailey approaches her 4th anniversary with STRIVE, this promotion couldn’t be more well deserved.

From the very beginning, Hailey has been a steady leader, consistently living out STRIVE’s core values through her dedication to our learners, support of our team, and commitment to clinical excellence. ✨ Disney Dress-Up Week Starts Tomorrow! ✨

We’re adding a little extra magic to our week at STRIVE! 🏰💙

Our learners and staff are invited to join in the fun with a week of Disney-themed dress-up days. Participation is completely optional, and costumes can be as simple as a Disney shirt, favorite accessories, or a full costume!

The Autism Society of Wisconsin is hosting its 2nd Annual Caregiver Retreat, offering caregivers an opportunity to connect, recharge, learn, and spend time with others who truly understand the journey.

Please help us welcome the newest member of the STRIVE Leadership Team, Kristin Maroszek!

Kristin joins STRIVE as our Special Education Teacher & Treatment Therapist, bringing a unique blend of expertise in education and behavior analysis. She holds a Master’s degree in Education Leadership and Policy and is passionate about helping learners build the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

In her hybrid role, Kristin works alongside our BCBAs and treatment team to provide individualized instruction, support behavior intervention plans, collaborate with families and districts, and create meaningful learning opportunities that promote independence both in and out of the classroom.

One of the things Kristin is most excited about is building strong connections with our learners, their families, and our team.

Fun Facts: Kristin knows how to polka dance and once ran track and cross country with an Olympian! She also dreams of owning a hobby farm someday.

We’re excited to have Kristin’s knowledge, leadership, and passion as part of the STRIVE team!
