🌟 Monday Morning Spotlight! 🌟
Everyone meet Dawn, COTA and our amazing Director of Rehab! 💪🏽🚶♀️
Dawn joined our team when we reopened after the tornado, and from day one she has been a force of nature all her own! We may have rebuilt the building, but Dawn helps rebuild confidence, strength, and independence every single day. ❤️
If you’ve ever needed a hand, Dawn is there. If you’ve ever needed a lift… well, Dawn is there for that too—sometimes quite literally! 🫣😆 Whether she’s helping residents safely transfer, encouraging them through therapy, or jumping in to help with activities and get everyone moving, she never hesitates to step up.
Dawn has a special way of motivating residents to do things they didn’t think they could do, all while keeping them laughing along the way. She can spot a therapy opportunity from a mile away and somehow turns hard work into fun (we’re still trying to figure out how she does it!).
When your loved one is recovering from a hospital stay, illness, or setback, Dawn is exactly the person you want in their corner—cheering them on, challenging them, and celebrating every victory, no matter how small. 🎉
We’re pretty sure if “other duties as assigned” were an Olympic sport, Dawn would bring home the gold medal. 🥇
