Happy September! 🍁🍂Today, Dr. Colton starts her 10 month journey to accomplish her Peak Potential Institute Pediatric Certification! She's pumped to learn from the world's top Pediatric Cranial Chiropractor in correcting skull problems that affect neurodevelopment of babies and children. This is true HEALTHcare, setting babies up for lifelong health and wellness from the beginning. 🌟

Since 80-90% of the adult brain volume is reached by age 2, it is CRUCIAL to get skull and upper neck issues corrected during this critical growth and development window.

Dr. Colton already has extensive training in pediatric and cranial work, but it will be exciting to add new tools and techniques to her skillset! 💪🏽

Have you heard about the chiropractic lifestyle?
Get adjusted regularly, think well, eat well and move well! That simple. I may add sauna well too!

Saturday morning was a back and arms lifting session and then a nice 25 minute sauna session while I did lymphatic drainage massage. I call this a great start to the wellness weekend!

This little lady is almost 13 months and her favorite activity is walking everywhere and now climbing the stairs!

As a pediatric chiropractor, every fall on her bum or bonk of her head makes me cringe. Luckily, I can correct things shortly after they happen and make sure all those bumps and thumps don't become a part of her spine to create problems later on.

I always knew the vital importance of pediatric chiropractic before Jane was born, but now seeing it as she hits every new milestone, I know her weekly (or more) adjustments keep her nervous system functioning optimally!

Also sending love to all of you who feel pain and heartache today. So many complex emotions can all take up space today and that’s ok.

I never take for granted the gift of being a Mom to our daughter.
