Hi everyone! My name is Beth, and I am so excited to join the team as the new Life Enrichment Coordinator!

My previous experience as a Life Enrichment Coordinator gave me the opportunity to work closely with many wonderful residents and communities.

Growing up, I was heavily involved in theater, choir, show choir, and band, which helped shape my love for creativity, entertainment, and bringing people together. Outside of work, I enjoy crafting, traveling, trying good food, and finding new creative ideas to make activities fun and meaningful.

I am passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, included, and excited to participate. I truly want to help make each day brighter and create experiences that bring joy, connection, laughter, and lasting memories. I look forward to getting to know each resident, learning their interests, and building a positive and engaging community together!

Thanks to her attention to detail and pride in her work, our building feels cleaner, brighter, and like a whole new place for both residents and staff.

Beyond the amazing work she does keeping our community beautiful, residents truly enjoy having her around. She always takes the time to listen, offer a kind word, and make others feel valued and comfortable. Her compassion and commitment have brought such positive change to our building, and we are so grateful to have her as part of our team.

🌮🎉 Cinco de Mayo Fiesta at Golden Harbor! 🎉🌮

We turned up the flavor and the fun today with our Taco & Nacho Bar celebration! Residents enjoyed building their own delicious creations—loaded with all their favorite toppings—while soaking in festive music and lively entertainment. 💃🎶

From crunchy chips to savory fillings and plenty of smiles in between, it was a fiesta to remember! Thank you to our amazing team for bringing the energy and making today so special for our residents. ❤️

Nicole recently moved to the area from Kewaunee, WI, and is a proud mom of two (plus a furry friend 🐾) . She loves the outdoors and brings a passion for creating meaningful & joyful, experiences.

Her goal is to fill each day with smiles, laughter, and engaging activities that help our residents live life to the fullest- and we couldn't be more excited to have her!

⭐️ Join us in congratulating James, a dedicated Dietary Aide, who has made a lasting impression on residents as our April employee of the month! He was nominated for employee of the month by multiple residents, which speaks volumes about the positive impact he has every single day. He brings a warm & friendly energy into the dining room, taking the time to engage with residents, share conversations, and create a welcoming mealtime experience.
