Please join us in welcoming Jillian Bautista as the Executive Director of Meadow View Health Services!

Jillian is passionate about serving others and is excited to be part of the Meadow View family. A recent graduate of the UWEC Health Care Administration program, she brings a servant's heart, a commitment to leadership, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference for our residents, families, and team members.

Outside of work, Jillian enjoys exploring the outdoors, whether she's hiking, spending time at the beach, or discovering a new local restaurant.

What inspires her each day is simple but meaningful:
"I'm motivated every day by the incredible team I work alongside and the residents we serve. Making a meaningful difference in people's lives is what fuels me, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to lead with empathy and purpose."
