Try these simple tricks:

- Give ONE direction at a time.
- Get down to their level before asking.
- Offer choices: "Red shoes or blue shoes?"
- Make it FUN! Turn everyday routines into a game!

Yesterday was World Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus Day, a day to celebrate people living with spina bifida and hydrocephalus, their families, and the unique experiences that make each person who they are.

We’re honored to work alongside individuals and families as they pursue goals that are meaningful to them, whether that means exploring new ways to move, participate, play, learn, or navigate everyday life.
