Chatham Hills Subacute patients truly enjoy our recreational programs as part of their recovery journey. One of the highlights has been our Chatham-style hockey game, where both staff and our dearest patients became competitive, passionate, and fully engaged in the fun! 🏒🎉

The energy in the room was incredible, with laughter, teamwork, and a strong sense of community as everyone played and cheered each other on.

At Chatham Hills, we continue to provide a variety of meaningful activities throughout their stay, supporting both healing and enjoyment every step of the way. ❤️👏

Chatham Hills Subacute Administration proudly hosted our Town Hall meeting, and it was a tremendous success! The event featured engaging educational lectures, meaningful staff appreciation and recognition, our Employee of the Month award presentation, and a delicious lunch shared by the team.

We are also proud to celebrate an outstanding milestone: we have had zero staff safety incidents over the past quarter and continue to maintain this achievement to date. To recognize our employees’ dedication to creating a safe environment for our residents, colleagues, and visitors, we held a special Safety Raffle as a token of our appreciation for their commitment and hard work.

Thank you to our incredible team for your professionalism, teamwork, and unwavering dedication. Together, we continue to build a culture of excellence, safety, and compassionate care.

Chatham Hills proudly celebrated our residents who have reached the remarkable milestone of 100 years and beyond in both our Subacute and Long-Term Care units!

The celebration was filled with delicious refreshments, exciting casino games, cherished family time, and countless smiles. It was a wonderful opportunity to honor the incredible lives, experiences, and resilience of our centenarians.

A century of living brings priceless wisdom, treasured memories, and inspiring stories. We are honored to celebrate these extraordinary individuals and the legacy they continue to share with us. ❤️🎉

📚✏️ Back-to-School Season is around the Corner! 🍎

CareRite Centers is honored to celebrate the educators who make a difference every single day! This year, we'll be adopting one outstanding teacher from each of our regions: New York, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Florida, helping them start the school year with the supplies they need to inspire success.

Each selected teacher will receive a classroom supply bundle filled with essentials, including branded calculators, pens, pencils, and glue sticks!
