Happy International Self-Care Day!

Our residents enjoyed a relaxing spa activity with face masks, soothing eye masks, hand massages with nourishing cuticle oil, refreshing mocktails, a delicious fresh fruit tray and of course cucumbers for their eyes! Taking time to relax, recharge, and practice self-care is important at every age, and we loved treating our residents to a day of pampering and smiles! 💕🍓🥂

We were honored to attend the 2026 ElevateHER Women’s Leadership Event, hosted by the Shelby County Chamber and SheLeads Shelby County. It was an inspiring afternoon filled with networking, collaboration, and valuable insight from featured speakers Allyson Gutwein, CEO of Discover Boone County, and Marisol Sanchez, Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs at Endress+Hauser Inc.

As part of our CNA Week festivities, we took a moment to celebrate our amazing QMAs as well! A few of our team members enjoyed “medication mocktails” specially chosen to honor the dedication, compassion, attention to detail, and hard work our Qualified Medication Aides bring to our residents each day.

Yesterday’s CNA Week dress-up theme was a simple one: Hat Day! 🎩🧢

Our residents definitely stole the show this time! One resident, in particular, put us all to shame and earned the title of Best Hat of the Day without question. 🏆

Day 1 was pajama day! We started the day with some absolutely delicious donuts from Cornerstone Bakery and Bistro located in Greensburg Indiana. They extended their appreciation and kindness, to our staff and would not allow us to purchase our order this morning! Thank you so much for unexpectedly providing our staff with these amazing treats!
