Hey Hey Body Shop Fans!!
💍Yesterday we had a surprise bridal shower for Piper!! Snackies and face masks were on the agenda as we bonded and had lots of giggles!!
In The Rock Wellness Center today:
Salon AJ has a couple openings for blowouts, styling, braids, color consults>let your imagination run wild!
Wild Tranquility Massage Therapy has been gaining momentum as more clients are finding out the incredible skills for relaxation and pain relief, her books are starting to fill up so get on her books while you can!
And if you need Salt Room treatment for allergies, congestion or any variety of respiratory conditions➡️Free Will Donation! The Salt Room is also good for skin conditions like psoriasis and Eczema
The Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Compression Boots, and Paraffin Dip are also available to all on a Free Will Donation basis 🥰
And TOMORROW WE INTRODUCE COFFEEEEE!! Shelley will be slinging beans starting around 10:00 AM so check it out!☕️

Today we give a shout out and recognize and honor: The one and only DOBBS!!!
Jessica Dobbs and I met many years ago when we both worked in the therapy dept at the Shell Rock nursing home. Flash forward, and she joined The Rock Wellness Center , as it had been SIX YEARS since she'd exercised after having and raising these beautiful kids!!
It is damn hard to get back into the exercise game after a hiatus like that, but she has! Over the past few months, this gal has been consistently coming into our gym and continues to push herself and make the progress, and the results are showing!🔥
Dobbs, you light up our day every time you walk in, and now getting to see the kids come in is even better!! I hope you know that Britney Spears is always just shouting encouragement at you😆
WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU!!
Thank you for being a part of our big family!!🥰

WDYFMTAYFTDDTW!?!
We held a Free Will Donation Weekend for 30 minute massages and all treatment rooms, and It.Was.AWESOME!! It was so great to see this place fill up more with grateful people and new friends🥰 We even made new friends from Colorado and Florida!!🤯
With the success of these types of days, I'm strongly considering a transition into keeping the treatment rooms on a Free Will Donation business model. I just feel so strongly about having a space to get well, and seeing my dream come true of having happy people in and out of here all day long. Free Will Donation Day was a huge hit! My books filled up as did my 🩷 for being able to do this, and it was just FUN!

Jennifer Ramirez has been a client, friend and member of The The Rock Wellness Center all since the start! She has been on a wellness journey for awhile on her own, and has been putting in the WORK here consistently and seeing the results.🔥 All of us at TRWC are so proud of you and inspired!
