The one thing most of my patients are missing (and don’t know it).

Most of us are running on empty without even realizing it.

A patient once told me she thought exhaustion was just part of being a mom, and it completely changed the way I approach every new mother that walks through my door.

Because yes, motherhood is hard. It’s full and wild and beautiful and relentless. But running on nothing is not a badge of honor. It’s your body waving a white flag.

I became a chiropractor because I believe healing starts from the inside out. And I show up every day fighting for the health of women who have been told to just push through.
