Yesterday, I completed my Reiki Level 1 training 🤍

I was first introduced to Reiki over 27 years ago by a mentor who informally trained me in level 1. He passed shortly after. I’ve used it over the years in my own way, but recently felt called to dive more deeply into it and seek out formal training.

To me, Reiki is a simple and powerful practice for healing, relaxation, and connection to higher realms. I appreciate being part of the vibrant community of practitioners in my area and worldwide.
