Take breaks every 30 minutes to an hour. Stretch, walk around, and rest your body to prevent muscle tension and posture issues. ⏰

Sit up straight, relax your shoulders, and keep your head in a neutral position to maintain good posture while gaming.⚡

See your chiropractor if you start to feel any pain or discomfort ⚡⚡
