She rises again and again and again 🐦‍🔥

I got my first ceremonial hand poke this morning with ༶༶༶ Norali ༶༶༶ and the magick I felt and still feel from this experience is something I’m really struggling to put into words.

I have been connecting to the Phoenix now for over the past two years. It is this sense of constant rebirth from burning out and burning down - this sense of constant renewal.

As I embrace the flames, I am born again through them. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Microcosmic breath & your Hui Yin point 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏾‍♀️🧘🏿‍♂️🧘🏼

The Hui Yin point is the collection of all yin energy. In Taoist tradition, it is believed that if your perineum is strong your organs remain healthy.

The concept of Microcosmic Orbit breathing is that it activates all three centers or dantains, clearing the energy of the body through the meridians lines - the energetic pathways of the body.

I utilize this breathwork in my Reiki and Vocal Embodiment sessions for connection and clearing. It is one I find challenging as you must activate your body in a way that may be uncomfortable and strange at first, but like all things, it is a practice. And with practice comes the unfolding of the layers - like the onions we all are 🧅
