🎉Celebrating Hailey's 1-Year Anniversary as an Occupational Therapist at Advance Therapy!

While we're celebrating one year since Hailey officially joined our team as an Occupational Therapist, she's actually been part of the Advance Therapy family even longer. Before earning her license, Hailey completed TWO student clinical rotations with us, making her journey with Advance Therapy especially meaningful.

Over the past year, Hailey has made a tremendous impact on our patients and our team through her compassion, positivity, and dedication to helping others regain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

When asked what motivates her most, she shared:

"I love seeing my patients return to doing the things they love to do. Whether that's getting dressed independently, returning to cooking, getting back to a sport, or mowing the lawn—the small things are the big things."

We are incredibly grateful that Hailey chose to continue her career with Advance Therapy after her student experience, and we are proud to have watched her grow into the outstanding Occupational Therapist she is today.
