💙But DO NOT FEAR! Join the to identify any new, changing or unusual spots and follow these tips for good overall daily protection!
⭐️PROTECTION = PREVENTION⭐️
Tip 1: Choose protection that suits you! Broad spectrum sunscreen or UPF clothing, hats and sun glasses! Or get the best of both worlds and combine the two!
Tip 2: REAPPLY, REAPPLY, REAPPLY!!!! Don’t forget that no matter the SPF your sunscreen needs reapplied every few hours throughout the day to areas that are not covered!! We have some great sunscreens available!
Tip 3: Avoid things that can increase your sun burn risk! Even some medications can increase your risk of sunburn! But tanning beds are a NO GO, they are just radiation damage in a different form!
Tip 4: BE AWARE 🤓 You know your skin better than anyone, if you notice anything tender, bleeding, non healing, or any ugly duckling spots that don’t quite match the others, come see our Robbins Derm Crew!
