A heartfelt thank-you to **ProActive Health Labs in Sherman Oaks** for generously gifting each attendee at our sold-out **Adoptable Kitten Sound Bath on July 26** a special wellness gift. 🐾✨

Part of my vision is to build meaningful partnerships with **local businesses, women-owned businesses, health, wellness, self-care and pet-related businesses**, as well as larger brands for our mix and mingle with healthy refreshments and nibbles for the humans.

I'm looking for like-minded businesses including local studios in the area that might want to host an event in your space. For me it is about reaching out to those that share a passion for creating nurturing experiences that bring people together for a self-care break away from the busyness and stress of everyday life while supporting local animal rescues in finding forever homes and fosters for so many animals in need.

A portion of proceeds from these events also provides much-needed funding for my rescue partners. Together, we can create meaningful experiences and make a difference—one paw at a time. 💗

Thank you to the beautiful women who gathered last night for a small intimate experience and brought your warmth, openness, and loving energy to the circle. 🌸✨

Together beneath the sunset and starlit sky at Spiritual Shangri-La, we slowed down and connected with the nurturing energy of the Cancer New Moon—setting intentions for a mid-year reset, creating flower crowns with nature, sharing our stories, and flowing into deep rest through sound.

🦗Even the crickets enjoyed the sound bath as we relaxed beneath the stars, then closed the evening with sips, bites, and heartfelt connection.

Another magical evening of nature, sisterhood, and coming home to ourselves. 🌙💫

If you know me, you know this was always going to be my kind of Fourth of July. ❤️🐮✨

Forget the fireworks—give me mini cows, donkeys, goats, chickens, a gorgeous sunset, and a ranch full of happy animals any day.

This was pure joy, and I'm pretty lucky to have a guy who's up for these kinds of adventures with me. 🤍

We spent the evening soaking up the magic at Howe Ranch, laughing, playing with the animals, being big kids, snow cones and nibbles after a hot day chilling by the pool and ending it all with the most beautiful sunset

It was the perfect reminder that sometimes the best celebrations are the simple, soulful ones.

Now I'm already dreaming about bringing a group out for a special day trip adventure here. Who would be in? 🌅🐐🐴💛
