NOURISH THE HEART WITH EMILY BROMS

The yin to your yang. The cool to your hot. The moon to your sun. Yin is more than just relaxing postures on the mat. Yin restores balance in our bodies and minds.
In our time together, we will examine the Heart meridian and its yang equivalent, the Small Intestine, to bring a cooling balance to the heat of summer.
Our workshop will cover:
* What is Chi and how it flows through the meridians of the body
* How excess heat can bring about challenging emotions, energies, and physical disturbances to your body and mind
* Create balance with a heart centered yin practice, meditation and breath awareness.
Please bring: your mat, a journal and pen, a nourishing beverage, and wear comfortable clothing.
