Join Paula as we gather in community for a deeply restorative experience. Through ancient healing vibrations and sound frequency rooted in intuitive spiritual guidance, we’ll support the mind, body, and soul as they ease into realignment and balance.
Using aligned crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and vocal tones, Paula will gently guide you into a deeply meditative and restful state of bliss.
We begin with guided breath and subtle movement to open and ground the body before settling into stillness to receive. Release stress, clear energetic stagnation, and soothe the nervous system.

ABOUT PAULA
Paula Miranda is an indigenous intuitive who has been sharing her gifts since 2008. She is a certified practitioner and guide in fascia release, yoga, reiki, somatic release, and body alignment. Paula inherited healing modalities and techniques spanning more than four generations of women in her family lineage.
She is passionate about what you put in your body, how you treat your body, and words spoken with thoughtful intention.
