A warm welcome to Racquel Garry AMFT, to the Hillside Team! As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Racquel specializes in trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. With specialized training in somatic therapy and as a death doula, she provides a compassionate, holistic approach that recognizes the connection between the mind and body.

Racquel integrates polyvagal-informed care, nervous system regulation, trauma-focused therapy, parts work, motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, and strength-based interventions to help clients heal, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
