It’s been more than a week since
I experience this stage every year as many do. I now have a name for it. A gap in reality. It is very frustrating and confusing to come back to a denser reality after being around higher resonance. I now understand this is the most important phase to alter and shape reality into a more desired frequency and how we harmoize ourselves with our surroundings and sustain inner joy!

We notice and are irritated by so much more than usual, yet we have our higher self whisper “let it go! Ba grateful”
While that is very true and very important, our bodies and our cells are calibrating to lower densities and thus naturally being affected by everything human. So I recommend to be attuned to your body, give it lots of sunshine and water to align your body with your higher self whispers! It isn’t our soul that’s irritated, it’s our bodies, temples, our Earth suits! Having the energy, means and privilege to travel to any higher grounds births responsibility to bridge the reality gap for oneself and the community! Bring back the love, the Agape Spirit, the Joy nectar and share with every creature in your world! 💛✨🎉🌟👑🍯
