My husband and I worked with her shortly after returning home with our newborn as we needed some support with establishing breastfeeding. She was encouraging, patient, and added a bit of humor to lighten up what can be a very overwhelming process. I really appreciated that she created comprehensive summaries of our visits that I could refer to later without having to worry about taking copious notes during her visit. Her online portal system was easy to use, and she made sure to include links to videos and resources we had discussed in our meetings so that I could easily find them organized in one place. I also loved that she discussed which recommendations and resources were research-based and encouraged us to make decisions that worked best for our family. I felt so supported when she followed up with us via text after appointments and she sincerely wanted to check in, answer any additional questions, and make sure that we were doing well. Overall, she truly made our breastfeeding process smooth and I could not be more grateful!"
